Caryn has been a Guild Certified Feldenkrais practitioner for 29 years, teaching adults and children in private practice, and in the community. She has assisted in training programmes in Europe and she maintains a private practice in central Auckland. One of her focuses has been working with young people - from athletes and musicians who wish to improve their performance and reduce injuries, to children with cerebral palsy who learn to become mobile with grace and develop as a child should. To uncover potential and ability. She has an equal interest in working with adults from all walks of life to maintain balance, flexibility and ease in movement. Her work is centered on the needs of the individual, and is of necessity, both precise and creative. She has a passion for developing and extending this work in the community and its intelligent application. She is an internationally certified Assistant Trainer, and mentors practitioners. She served on the Board of the International Feldenkrais Federation and is a past president of the NZFG and Board member.

Individual sessions for adults and children Monday - Thursday. Caryn has a specialty in working with babies and children, and loves the challenge of discovering potential in a multidimensional, dynamic and creative way. She also works with adults from all walks of life to maintain balance, flexibility and ease in movement, and to reduce pain. Her work is centered on the needs of the individual, harnesses awareness, and is of necessity, both precise and creative.
