Dr. Melody Lin enjoys a versatile career as a flautist, pedagogue and Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. She discovered the Feldenkrais Method during her postgraduate study in flute performance. She was amazed how simple movements in the Feldenkrais Method can make dramatic changes and increase dimensions to her sound and musical communication. Melody combines her special insight and knowledge as an active performing musician into her Feldenkrais work, crafting creative lessons that ignites the student’s curiosity in learning. Melody has great passion for working with musicians and performing artists of all ages, helping them to move with ease and freedom, as well as deepen their creativity. She has equal passion for working with children and adults who would like to move with greater coordination, reduce tension, and achieve a better quality of life.
