About the New Zealand Feldenkrais Guild
The New Zealand Feldenkrais Guild Inc is the professional organisation concerned with maintaining the quality and integrity of the practice of the Feldenkrais Method® in New Zealand.
The Guild is a member of the International Feldenkrais Federation and the Australasian Training and Accreditation Board, and acts as the regulatory body for ethics and standards of practice in New Zealand. The Guild also manages the use of the Feldenkrais trademarks in New Zealand.
The Guild maintains a well-stocked library of Feldenkrais-related resources. Most of these are accessible to the general public (if they join the Guild as an Associate Member), but some are reserved for Feldenkrais Practitioners.
Feldenkrais practitioners complete an intensive four-year professional training programme. They also have annual accreditation and ongoing professional development requirements, set and administered by the Guild.
